How It Works

  • Submit your refill online or by phone before noon
  • We confirm the prescription is on file and prepare your order
  • Delivery is dispatched to your NYC address the same day

    When to Use Same-Day Delivery

  • You're running low and can't make it to the pharmacy
  • Your pet is unwell and needs medication today

    • For New Prescriptions

    If your vet sent a new prescription, they can fax or email it directly to us. We'll fill it and deliver the same day if submitted before noon.
